Customer Satisfaction: At Lasting Expressions LLC, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We want our customers to be as satisfied with their purchase as we know the recipient will be when they receive your gift. We strive to offer unique and customized gifts that provide Lasting Expressions of your thoughtfulness and good taste. Please contact us with any concerns so we can provide the best service possible.

Privacy: We respect the privacy of our customers. We will never release any information to a third party for any reason whatsoever unless compelled to do so by law. Our shopping cart is a secure shopping server and was established to protect our customer's privacy.

Internet Merchant Accounts - MerchantPlus.com Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Personal and business checks will be accepted but must clear the bank before your order will be processed, unless prior approval is given by Lasting Expressions LLC. Any check returned by the bank for any reason will incur a $30 fee. Business customers please contact us if you wish to establish credit terms.

Sales Tax: All orders placed or delivered within the state of Wisconsin will be subject to sales tax of 5.5%.

Processing: Our gift baskets are not made up ahead of time, but are designed with the finest and freshest of food products when you order. Please allow extra time during Holidays and for larger orders. Call or e-mail us for availability. View our Delivery and Shipping page for more information.

Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of order placement unless your order has already been shipped or delivered. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Exchanges and Lasting Expressions LLC credit are available within 10 days of receipt of gift but all products must be unopened. Sorry, delivery, shipping, and handling fees are not refundable. We cannot give exchanges on opened merchandise. Custom and personalized orders are nonrefundable and can not be exchanged.

Return shipments should be pre-paid with the item securely wrapped. Please keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we cannot be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Please call 1-608-362-6825 for a return authorization.

If your order is damaged, notify us at 1-608-362-6825 and we will issue a return authorization. We will gladly exchange a damaged item for a new one or we will give you credit for anything else in our on-line store.

Substitutions: Demand may necessitate the need to substitute items of equal or greater value. During warm weather, May through October, we will substitute chocolate with chocolate flavored sweets that will not melt during shipping. Chocolates will be available for most local deliveries all year. Product substitutions may also be requested by the customer at the time of ordering, but may result in added charges.
